Properties in focus – our investment profile

We are constantly on the lookout for new properties, buildings and challenges on behalf of our clients and for new projects.

In concrete terms, we mean:

Plots of land

we are looking for attractive, developable building plots or industrial wasteland with a possible gross total area of between 500 and 6,000 sq. metres. With or without existing buildings.


Apartment blocks and housing complexes for division as well as residential and office buildings

We are looking for divisible properties with at least 10 units and a commercial share of 20% maximum. Non-renovated buildings and buildings with high vacancy rates are also welcome. Leasehold as well as apartment blocks and commonhold properties also come into question.
 

Location

We are looking for properties in A, B and C-towns with 50,000 or more inhabitants in North-Rhine Westphalia, Hesse, Lower Saxony and Berlin.
 

Broker’s commission

Naturally we are prepared to pay the locally standard broker’s commission or to remunerate your expenses in the case of successful brokering.
 

Investments

Purchase price up to max. € 800/m² or max. 10 times the annual net rent, excluding ancillary costs. Total investment volume from EUR 300 K up to EUR 8 million per individual property. We are looking for asset deals or acquisitions of receivables.
 

Asset and property management

We are always on the lookout for new mandates in the field of asset and property management. For properties and portfolios from 50 units upwards we will be glad to make you a non-binding offer and show you a value optimisation of your property.
 

Your offers

are checked by us internally upon receipt. Since both the commercial and the technical appraisal take place in-house at our company, we can usually give you a quick reply.
