We are looking for properties in A, B and C-towns with 50,000 or more inhabitants in North-Rhine Westphalia, Hesse, Lower Saxony and Berlin.
Naturally we are prepared to pay the locally standard broker’s commission or to remunerate your expenses in the case of successful brokering.
Purchase price up to max. € 800/m² or max. 10 times the annual net rent, excluding ancillary costs. Total investment volume from EUR 300 K up to EUR 8 million per individual property. We are looking for asset deals or acquisitions of receivables.
