We seek properties with subdivision potential, at least 10 units, and a maximum of 20% commercial use. Properties in need of renovation and with high vacancy rates are welcome. We also consider leasehold properties as well as condominiums and partial ownership units.
Purchase price up to a maximum of 20 times the annual net cold rent. Total investment volume: €500,000 to €10 million per asset. We consider asset deals, share deals or receivables purchases.
We focus on A, B and C cities with more than 50,000 inhabitants in North Rhine-Westphalia, Lower Saxony and Berlin, as well as in the greater Berlin metropolitan area.
We are continuously looking for new management mandates in the field of asset and property management. For properties and portfolios starting at 50 units, we are happy to provide a non-binding offer.
We are happy to pay a customary local commission or honor your efforts for a successful brokerage.
