Work at the hub of Berlin's modern infrastructure. In Schönefeld, adjacent to the BER airport and the town hall, the WORX@BER project is creating a new office building to live up to all the expectations of an up-and-coming business location. With approximately 3600 m² of space to let, the new building offers plenty of design flexibility for equally up and coming businesses.

Position + advantages

This is where it's happening. The district of Schönefeld is currently undergoing a radical process of transformation. Comprehensive improvements have been made to local infrastructure and approval has been granted for a number of new commercial areas in order to support the new BER airport. This development has also led to the redesign of Schönefeld's town centre. All of which makes Schönefeld one of Brandenburg's most thriving communities.  

WORX@BER is located right in the heart of this new town centre and is extremely easy to reach by car or public transport. BER is just a few minutes away, and from here other transport hubs in Berlin can be reached by S-bahn rapid transit system or by train. The building is located close to the B96 and the A113, guaranteeing easy connection to the road network.

Sizes

Adjustable. WORX@BER offers flexible floor plans. The total available rental space is 3600 m². There will be four full floors each offering a little over 900 m² of rental space. Premises are available of between 250 m² and 3600 m² meaning that you are sure to find the flexibility you need for your modern office space requirements.

Layout options

Flexible. The office areas may be let as full floors or with the floors being divided in half or on an even more flexible layout. The spaces can be subdivided and fitted out in a variety of ways, the basic facilities provided are of top quality (e.g. underfloor heating, fully glazed doors, Cat. 7 cabling).  

Synergetic. According to current estimates, once BER airport is complete around 40,000 new jobs will be created in a wide range of fields (aviation, technology, transport and logistics, science and energy). At WORX@BER you will benefit from the associated synergies.
