Work at the hub of Berlin's modern infrastructure. In Schönefeld, adjacent to the BER airport and the town hall, the WORX@BER project is creating a new office building to live up to all the expectations of an up-and-coming business location. Adjustable. WORX@BER offers flexible floor plans. The total available rental space is 3600 m². There will be four full floors each offering a little over 900 m² of rental space. Premises are available of between 250 m² and 3600 m² meaning that you are sure to find the flexibility you need for your modern office space requirements.
Flexible. The office areas may be let as full floors or with the floors being divided in half or on an even more flexible layout. The spaces can be subdivided and fitted out in a variety of ways, the basic facilities provided are of top quality (e.g. underfloor heating, fully glazed doors, Cat. 7 cabling).
