More space in the TRIACON Parc: the ground-breaking ceremony for the new b.7 office building was celebrated in February 2019. Expansion at the growing Braunschweig business location is progressing and the first tenants for office space have already been found.

Interested companies have to hurry because there are only a few spaces left on the ground floor and first floor.

The TRIACON team in Braunschweig will be happy to answer any questions you may have about the projects.

Braunschweig, 12.02.2019

The Braunschweig site is making progress: the city council of Braunschweig granted approval for the development plan for the QU 62 Dibbesdorfer Straße Süd residential area in the Querum district. The active construction phase can now begin.

A green residential area close to the city is combined here with good connections to the research airport, Braunschweig main station and the motorways to Hanover and Wolfsburg. In addition, the quarter is located in the immediate vicinity of our TRIACON Parc office and industrial estate.

Berlin, Juli 2018

In August 2017 bought  the TRIACON a plot of land on the Hans-Grade-Allee in Berlin Schönefeld. TRIACON hoped on rapid development near the newly developed Airport BER.

Unexpectedly, a potential investor was found for the 3,000 sqm land. In July 2018, TRIACON sold the property to this investor, who itends to establish their headquarters there.

The realization of the project is now approaching and will sustainably improve the image in the center of Schönefeld, that is already strongly influenced by the new building.

Cooperation TRIACON GmbH with Volksbank BraWo Projekt GmbH in Braunschweig

On the occasion of the upcoming marketing of residential and commercial area "Langer Kamp" in  Braunschweig was been signed the cooperation agreement by Volksbank BraWo  Projekt GmbH and TRIACON GmbH at the Expo Real in Munich.

Attractive blend of residential and commercial spaces

With the winner of the Building design GIESLER architect plans Volksbank BraWo Projekt GmbH with your new cooperation partner TRIACON GmbH the 4,300 sqm area in the  northern part of the Hans Summer Street. Two buildings, for residential,  office spaces and retail outlets,  will be created there. 

In addition with the planned eight-storey office building will be created 4,000 sqm commercial space,  which are scarce in this neighborhood.

The complex, which will be connected to the existing Park with its imposing trees, the residential district completes positively. Even at a convenient local shopping at the ground floor was intended.

Office use meets high-quality housing – the TRIACON PARC is to be built in Braunschweig according to this basic principle. The TRIACON subsidiary Capitalcon is developing the construction site on an area of twelve hectares in the north. It is surrounded by spacious green areas such as Schunteraue, the Riddagshausen Ponds and the Querum Forest, but is still close to the city. The development plan should be completed by spring 2015, upon which marketing will commence.  TRIACON Team Braunschweig  is happy to answer any relevant questions.
